ORDERING GOODS

Orders can only be taken via our website using our secure online payment system or by cheque made payable to 'Antioch Enterprises' and sent to: 71 Long Grove Baughurst Tadley Hampshire RG26 5NU United Kingdom. If paying by cheque please use the online ordering process and select the required payment option at the checkout. We regret that we do not take orders over the telephone.

Although the website may indicate a product as 'in stock' on occasions this may not be the case and we may have to place an order to our supplier for the item, this will normally take between 1 - 7 working days to arrive at our address but can somtimes take longer drepending on availability. We always contact you when an order is delayed and inform you as to when we expect your order to arrive.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order and receive a full refund of the cost of the goods you purchased. If cancelling an order you must return the goods unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Please allow 2 - 14 working days for delivery in the UK. We will inform you if there is a delay to your order.

Cost of shipping per order as follows:
UK = £2.50
Europe = £3.50
Rest of the world = £6.00

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If on receiving your order your goods are faulty, you may return them for either an exchanged item or full refund. If we find the goods not faulty they will be returned to you and no exchange or refund will be given. You may return any goods within 14 days of receiving them if they are unused and unopened and in their original packaging.
